ALLISONS HEARING TEST UPDATE

so she failed her hearing test 🤷‍♀️. We couldn't get the whole test completed because she wouldnt sit still. Were going to try again in a few months but if she fails again then we have to do a ABR test and they will have to sedate her😕. Not a fan of this but want to take action if shes not able to clearly hear us. Her ENT doctor didnt seem overly concerned with her failed test due to our conversation and how I dont think she struggles with tones.

On a positive note we got her blood work back from her big Ds evaluation from last week. Thyroid is at the proper level celiac levels were at a 0 (common issues with children with Ds). Her lead count has dropped all the way down to 4 and is an acceptable level. She was at a 13 a year ago. It takes a long time to cycle out of your body. And her CBC count was where it needed to be for her diagnosis. I've had a nasty stomach ache due to waiting on those results and now I can relax until next year.
