We work together and have started talking recently. He wants to hang out but I can’t help but feel like The age gap is going to be an issue. He’s very mature for his age and doesn’t party and really acts like he’s the same age as me so that’s why I think we really get along but I’m also worried about what other people would think if they knew? Is it weird? Ugh

I think the place in life difference is a bigger deal than the numbers. I find it difficult to imagine someone just out of school to be in the same place in life as someone who has had 10 years being truly independent.
