Question

We’d like to have security cameras installed outside of our house that send the feed to our phones. My husband is pretty handy and would be able to install on his own, so we don’t necessarily require a brand with professional installation. What system do you recommend and why? Is there a one-time purchase fee or ongoing subscription fees? Thanks in advance for your input! ☺️

We have the wyze system and love it! All their products are great. They make a kit to make this ok for outside, or they have an outdoor cam coming in the fall. No subscription needed, easy app, and it's only like $2 per month if you want person detection not just regular motion detection. It can also be used with Alexa which is nice

I have eufy brand. No monthly costs etc. works great. Completely ran through our phones that is connected to the home base. 
(I could only find the baby monitor one for recommendation but if you look on amazon you’ll find it.)
