Needs some advice on dealing with parents...

I know my parents love my son very much... but they are really irritating me!! My mom is being overly sensitive and not respecting my wishes. Last week I had to go to the doctor and she watched him. I told her not to have anyone over and that I did not want him being around/held by anyone. I found out she let another person hold him. I told her my dismay and then I let it go. She has mistakenly hurt him by scratching him on the head, dunked him in the pool, and is rough with him. TODAY, she stuck her finger in his mouth. I CANNOT DEAL!!!!!!

How do I tell her to effing stop this ridiculous behavior?!?!
