Dead beat father 🙄

Asking for advice...

My sons dad who has only seen him 4 times in the life his 3 now got in contact asking to see him and wants to take me to csa to get everything in place.

Last time he saw him was a year ago today. He been in contact to see him but everytime just doesn’t follow it though. Hasn’t paid a penny for him, or supported him in anyway. And just blaming me for everything as my husband stepped up and brought him to as since the day he was born as his ( dad ) did not want to know as he had another child on the way. So my son doesn’t know him as dad 😕

Really unsure what to do as my son very happy with the people his got around him.

How much right does his (dad ) have ..
