I’m stressing a lot

Okay so I had sex for the first time last night and some skin is sticking out of me. I don’t know what to do or how to assess the situation. I am 17 so it’s completely legal if you’re wondering but I cannot tell my parents that something is wrong. It’s literally a piece of skin sticking out of my vagina hole and idk what to do or what it is. I researched as much as I could and I think it might be a septate hymen but I don’t really know. Please help xx
