Am I supposed to be pulling the skin back??

My son is 4 months old & uncircumcised. 
My mom asked me if I was pulling the foreskin back & I told her no. She said I’m not cleaning him properly & that it’ll fuse together if I don’t. But I remember his doctor telling me not to pull it back when he was born because it’s still attached to stuff. 
Am I not cleaning him right? Am I supposed to be pulling It back now??? Help??

Nope, definitely not yet. Talk to your son's pediatrician to get the best advice. My son is also uncircumcised and his pediatrician said once he's potty training we can talk to him again and he'll teach us how to teach our son to clean himself (my husband is circumsized so he doesn't know how). Definitely listen to a doctor, not your mom.
