Fussy baby after d drops

My son is 17 day’s old and I started giving him d drops as per the hospitals direction. He was in nicu up until two days ago cause he had problems with feeding.

I gave him some d drops today on his paci and it’s like he’s a different baby. My usually quite and calm baby is cluster feeding, crying more, and just overall being bad. Did I give him too much? Is that even a thing? Im a nervous wreck now and I don’t know how I’m going to keep up with hourly feeds tonight as he’s usually good for like 4 hours, but ever since i gave him the d drops he’s hungry every 1-2 hours. What’s going on?
