3rd baby 💖

This may sound crazy but I’m pregnant with my third baby , only a few weeks left (thank god ) & my first two i was induced at 37 weeks with a medical condition so I never went into labor in my own , or felt a contraction on my own , since I got the epidural with both previously aswell. I’m sure I feel contractions or braxton hicks now & again but they go away . The past couple HOURS I’ve had a sharp I mean sharp pain low low low middle belly right above my vagina. Could this mean dilation ? It’s nearly 9pm I’m showered in bed & it’s still here , very sharp , consistant. Anyone wanna share their stories ? Or what a contraction , dilation felt like ?
