Hubby showers before going to the gym.. is this weird?

I just had a baby so I could be just being emotional and dramatic

Hubby goes to gym every day. He goes to work, comes home, eats dinner, helps get our toddler ready for bed, then he showers and goes t the gym

He says the reason he showers before gym is because he feels dirty from work (he’s a maintenance man) and just wants to be fresh before he works out. Sometimes he does his hair too. He just says he likes to feel good, which I can understand

He has never given me concern before about cheating, except he did cheat on his ex-wife religiously.. but he was young and unhappy

Am I being overdramatic? Is him showering before working out weird? Just curious what you all think. We’ve been having issues lately and all I can do is overthink everything
