Vaginal symptoms. Burning while peeing?

So Iv had some weird things going on down there and I have no idea what it is and it takes months to get into a doctor here so I havnt gone yet. But the first symptom I had was my lady parts started to smell really bad. No matter how clean I was even if I just took a shower and cleaned up the smell was not healthy for sure. Then I started getting burning while peeing. The first thing I thought when I had the burning while peeing was I had a uti. So I called telecoc and I got meds for a uti. The burning while peeing never went away though. The next week I got sti tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichinosis, HIV, and syphilis. All of which were negative. So googling my symptoms I thought maybe I had BV. So don’t judge me for this but I called Teladoc and got a prescription for BV. After taking those for the week I was supposed to. Still all all my symptoms. And now my lady is swollen and itchy, which reminds me of a yeast infection... which I do get yeast infections regularly, like once a year. But I don’t think it’s that becuase of all the other symptoms. But I know it’s none of those STIs becuase I got tested thinking it could be an std. so intense burning while peeing, itchy and swollen vagina, inside and the clit, smell, I don’t know what this is does anyone have any ideas? I’m going to make a doctor appointment or if I can’t get in for months I’ll just spend the money to go to the e.r i guess but I just want my vagina to feel normal and healthy again does anyone know what this could be?
