Yes, unless you live in the crappiest neighborhood ever. What are you going to do in a year when shes an adult?

Yeah, I did. I even pushed it and went a few more blocks out of my neighborhood when I would be getting exercise.

Yes just as long as your neighborhood is safe. And you see cars and people around also walking. If you are nervous take pepper spray or have a plan for escape just in case. Makes sure to always a be aware of your seroundings  don’t wear headphones.
