Is this acceptable/appropriate?

A girl tweeted a screenshot of a message she got from the medical professional who carried out a blood test for her:

*although this is all public, i have hidden her, and his identity, just in case*

She is getting a lot of hate for the tweet, saying she shouldn’t ruin a person’s life over a harmless message, and that he isn’t breaking any laws.

Her response was that it was unacceptable, and after speaking with him directly, decided not to report him.

My poll question: do you find his actions acceptable/appropriate?
