Don’t know what’s going on!!🤦🏻‍♀️😫

So this is gonna be a lonnng post with a bit of backstory because I’m absolutely going crazy..

around three ago I took my first test as DH and I have been trying to conceive. To my shock it came out positive, I got four positives and a negative test. So my OB sent me for a blood test and it came back negative also. They never tried to explain why I got four false positives or anything. They just said it came back negative and hung up the phone. I am now eight days late for my period. For the past four days I’ve been having these little dizzy spells that last for around 30 seconds and then their gone. Then today I had one that lasted ten to fifteen minutes accompanied with this light pink/brown spotting, so I knew I had to call my family doctor. She instantly told me I needed to test again, so I did. To my surprise it came out POSITIVE immediately! ( I took the at home one I done to her and she said to looked positive to her ) I went in and they had me take another urine test and it was negative, so they done a blood test that will come back tomorrow. I don’t know what to even think at this point. I feel like I’m going crazy..
