Pregnant and bleeding

Im currently 8 weeks pregnant and ever since i found out id have random bleeding. the first time was when i first found out around 4 weeks and it ended up turning brown so i figured it was just old blood and it went stopped and now id get random spotting and today i was just laying down and feel something oozing out so i go use the bathroom and its blood. not heavy or dark but its alot more than just spotting and its pretty bright red blood. I dont have my first prenatal appointment until next thursday and im not sure where to go. My previous pregnancy i bled and i went to the ER and they told me i had a Hematoma which is a blood sack in my uterus but i never bled again after that first time and i dont really want to go to the ER this time because of COVID but other than the ER im not sure where to go for this random bleeding episodes i get
