Nuva ring help!
So the app I have for my nuva ring told me to remove it on the 19 and now today its also telling to to remove it the 20th and insert the 26th but If I do that then I'll be a days behind on insering it so would I go ahead and inset it the 26th ir the 25th so thats 7 days out
