Checking blood exactly 2 hours after meals
Will it make much of a difference if I check my blood 15 minutes late or 15 minutes early?
I ate breakfast at 10am but have a doctors appointment at 12.
If I check my blood right before I go into the appointment at 11:45-11:50 will it still be accurate?
