So scared

2 and a half years ago I had a full placental abruption which resulted in me losing my son at 25 weeks, I’m currently 16 weeks the further along I get the more scared I become. I’m so scared it gonna happen again, I don’t think I can make it a 2nd time, everyone is super exited for this baby I just feel so scared has anybody been through this or had a still birth and then a successful pregnancy?
