Poop issues 🙄😩😳

My 3.5 yo who potty trained herself about 10 months ago is having major regressions. We moved and had a baby so I understand, it’s super annoying and frustrating but I understand. But recently she has been doing something that concerns me. She will have little accidents because she’s holding it in and a little will slip out and mess her underwear... then she will put her finger in her butt and get poop on her fingers. It’s happened 3 times now. I told her that’s how germs get spread and it’s gross and makes her hands smell. Is this normal or should I be booking a visit with a psychologist??? TIA
