Ye I was same lol dpo means day past ovulation AF means aunt flow period CD I ain’t got yet BFP BFA I don’t get yet myself lol 😩

6DPO would mean 6 days past ovulation

I might be wrong on some of these but I think 
BBT is basal body temperature ( when you check with special basal thermometer first thing when you wake up and dknt move before you take it )
BFP / BFN - big fat positive or big fat negative 
AF - aunt Flo your period
DPO- days past ovulation 
TTC-trying t conceive 
DD- doing dead had sex
DH - dear hubby
VFL / VVVFL- very faint line / very very faint line
IVF -invitro fertilization 
IUI- Intro uterine insemination
