Help navigating family dynamics when my younger brother and his fiancee are expecting

My Brother just told me that he and his fiancee are expecting. To say that it was a punch to the gut would be an understatement, luckily he told me via text and not in person. It's not that I am not happy for him, I am but I am 4 years older and me and my husband have been married and TTC for 2 years now.

My mother has been talking about how she has all of these clothes and toys from when I was a baby that she is saving for me. The thing I don't know is was she just offering them to me under the impression me and my husband would have a child first.

How do I tell my mother I still want those clothes and toys and would not be okay if she gives them to my brother instead.

Though I have not told my parents explicitly that we are having issues with infertility they have been able to read between the lines and have made a few comments implying they know.
