Bad nausea

I’m 11+1 and I’m still suffering from awful nausea and food aversions since 6 weeks and there is no sign of it getting better ... I’m starting to feel totally hopeless and alone because everyone seems to be getting better and I feel like I’m getting worse. I’m on cyclizine but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything. Is anyone else in the same boat? On top of that I have bad reflux and indigestion and I feel like complete death. It was never this bad with my first pregnancy. 😢
