Ttc with letrozole. Bd advice please!

Okay I need help!!! So I’ve been ttc with my fiancé for 23 months. I was diagnosed with pcos and do not get a period or ovulate. I take Provera to get a period. And have tried 3 unsuccessful cycles of letrozole 2.5 mg. This is our first month taking 5mg and I got a positive opk today. So excited I’ve been crying all day😂😭😂 anyway we had sex lastnight and I’m unsure if we should have sex tonight or skip it and have sex tomorrow?? I know mostly everyone say to have sex every other day. Help please!! This is what my calendar looks like this month!! Thank you
