What is everyone’s opinion on bd every other day?

Okay I need help!!! So I have been ttc with my fiancé for 23 months. I was diagnosed with pcos and I do not get a period or ovulate on my own. I take Provera to get a period. And I’ve had 3 unsuccessful rounds of letrozole 2.5mg. This is our first month taking 5mg and I got a positive opk today. So excited I’ve been crying all day today!!😂😭 anyway we had sex lastnight and I’m unsure if we should have sex again tonight or skip it and have sex tomorrow. I know a lot of people recommend doing it every other day. Help please!!!! This is what my calendar looks like this month and my positive opk. Thank you so much!!!!
