Letrozole horror

I did a leyrozole fertility cycle 70 days ago. I’ve had no period since and horrific hot flashes and anxiety. I’m 46 and have random periods since miscarriage 16 months ago and zero conception since.

The leyrozole has killed my hormones and my doctor says I’ve been catapulted into menopausal hormone levels which have effectively bottomed out

Please has anyone been through this?

I still have normal CM but no period. I failed to ovulate as the egg didn’t grow big enough to burst which showed on the scan

What will I do ?
