This title says it all. My parents were out of town and flew to Dominican Rep for one week or so. Now they are back here which is awesome however they have to be in quarantine for two weeks even though they already had Covid prior to this and have antibodies in their bodies now as what they said it’s safe for my son to be around them. However, I couldn’t help but feeling the need to protect my son so I decided to not send my son to them yet until I get an email back from his doctor for her opinion about whether it’s still safe for my son to see them or not due to the antibodies they have. So, I told my mother and my sister my final decision about it. Then they ignored my text 😑 instead of being very understandable and support my decision. Like wow, you don’t care about my son’s health but all you want is to just see him out of selfishness. It’s not cool for them to snub me. I’m his mother and I’m doing my job to protect him. Sadly, my mom is a mother herself which she should understands where I came from, smh. Honestly, family members needs to stop making us feel bad for want to protect our child/ren. It’s just ridiculous.
