A little bit confused

Hey everyone hope your all doing good...

I've been speaking to a guy since March im 28 he's 24 he seems to show he likes me alot we were talking everyday on the phone would meet up and so on. Then after awhile he would just block me for a week then unblock me as of nothing happened.... I dont know what this means I asked him what he wants from me but got no straight answer... he has now done another disappearing act...

Is he playing games??

Does he want me to chase him??
