Teething symptoms...?

My 16 month old is a late teether. He only has 4 on the bottom and 4 on top. He is drooling all over the place and won’t take his hands out of his mouth. 
He also just started with a fever and a little runny nose. Do ya’ll think it’s related? 😣

My daughter has her hands in her mouth when she’s getting teeth, usually gets a little warmer too
