Major 💩 regression. Please help!

Please help! My 3.5 yo refuses to poop on the potty now. She’ll have 2-3 poop accidents a day because she’s holding it. I ended up putting her back in a pull up because I couldn’t take it anymore. We just had a baby so I know regressions are normal but this has been for 4 weeks 😩Nothing motivates her. She doesn’t care none of her friends are still in pulls up, I tried to bribe her with fun trips, treats, movies, toys, pretty much anything but she still won’t do it. I try my best to stay calm and neutral about it but sometimes I just can’t (like the time she was naked and ready for bath then I asked if she needed to poop and she said no and then left the room and then pooped right on the floor) I seriously have no idea what do to. I hate that she’s back in pull ups but with 3 kids I just couldn’t handle it. Please help! Any advice or even just knowing someone else is going through this would help greatly.
