plan b help!

so me and my boyfriend have a long distance relationship and we decided to have sex we had multiple sessions and the 4th time he nutted in me so the next morning i took a plan b at 10am i’m really scared at this point i’ve been very moody and tired and i’m always craving something it’s been 3-4 days since i took it but i have little back pain creamy discharge i’m supposed to get my period in 18days i don’t know if i’m fine like i’m okay so i should be worried i need all the advice and help i can get.
