IUD removed 3 weeks ago - now having brown spotting

Feeling super frustrated right now! I had my IUD removed 8/05 after having it for 15 months to ttc baby #3. Started bleeding the 7th-10th which was heavier like a period, but was most likely a withdraw vs a period? Tested with OPKs and got 10+ days of high fertility without getting a peak fertility. BDs frequently just in case! Now I’ve been having minor brown spotting every day for the last 7 days 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ my body is so out of whack! Has anyone experienced this?
