I’ve lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks just from drinking a gallon of water a day and eating healthy! I’m so proud of myself I gained way too much when I was pregnant and even though I still have about 38 pounds to lose I’m starting to feel more confident and more like myself. I’m 8 weeks postpartum and some times it’s hard to exercise with a newborn but I’m glad I’m losing the weight and to anyone that if trying to lose weight after having a baby you can do it!
