I basically lived on extremely spicy food my entire pregnancy with my son because it was the only thing I craved. I never had heartburn or any other issues with my pregnancy.

Spicy food never caused my heartburn, it was usually weird stuff like carrots. Ate spicy foods all the time

I love spicy food and I have been eating flaming hot like crazy😂😂 I do get some acid reflux and heartburn sometimes.

You can have whatever spicy food you want. I literally always had spicy food. Never had heartburn but that’s something to watch out for. I wouldn’t care even if I got it 🤷🏻‍♀️
