First day of sleep training ðŸ˜
So after a week of our 10 month old not sleeping for hours again I caved and convinced my husband we should sleep train. Bought the taking cara babies course. So after 40 minutes of crying and one projectile vomit she fell asleep.. Im relieved but it was so hard. My husband is a wreck.. I hope tomorrow goes better.
