DIETING.. CLEAN EATING?
Does anyone else decide to take on something new when it comes to changing your lifestyle like a new healthy approach but then mess up one time and feel like you've lost a battle or is it just me?😔 I've really been working out a lot and eating healthier, I even took on intermittent fasting. But this house is always packed with unhealthy foods believe me I stay away from them but I was so busy the past few days and went for anything that seemed good to me at the moment now I feel like I've let myself down majorly 😔
