2 year old throwing up

My almost 2 year old daughter has been throwing up since Friday night. I’m going to take her to see her pediatrician tomorrow but is there anything I can do for her meanwhile or to avoid that trip completely? I want to avoid it cause we’ve pretty much been quarantined since the virus began. She has asthma and I don’t want to take any risks but I will definitely take her if needed.. I’ve been giving her pedialite and I also made her chicken soup. She pretty much throws all food back up. She’s been asking for cookies and that seems to be the only thing that she can keep down. I’m giving them to her cause I know she’s hungry and it’s the only thing she’s not throwing back up. Any recommendations??
