What do y’all think?

I was cramping off and on(like period cramps) for a little while this morning. I tried to keep track of them but they were so irregular it was hard. Then I started getting some back pain tonight that still kinda hurts but feels better since I’ve laid down. I’ve also noticed some really watery discharge. It not clear there’s a white tinge too it but there’s a lot more than normal(not soaking a pad as of right now) I have an appointment early tomorrow morning. Does any of this sound like a reason to call my doctors office tonight or can I just wait until tomorrow morning when I go in? I’m 35 weeks 1 day
