Potty Training

Hey Ladies so my son just turned 3 in July and I am due in October with another boy. My goal was to get my 3 year old potty trained before his brother gets here but it seems like he is not interested in the potty at all 😕 Anyone have any tips, ideas, or advice they can give me on potty training from experience with a boy? I never had this issue with my daughter she was fully potty trained at 2 years old and I just really want to get my 3 year old in the habit of using the potty. I also forgot to mention when he pees or poops in his pull-up he tells me he just peed or poop but doesn’t tell me before he goes so I can run and put him on the potty in time 😩
