My dog won’t stop whining

I’m 34+3 pregnant and I have 2 dogs both females. My lab(almost 7 years old) is very protective over me and always has been. My German Shepherd is a puppy (2years old) and doesnt really care for anyone.. this is my first pregnancy and my lab for the last 2 days hasn’t stopped whining.. she pacing back and forth and whining or she will sit right in front of me and whines.. they have food, water gone out, she has good poops and isnt sick. Nothing in my house has changed.. I set up all my baby stuff super early in my pregnancy just so it wouldn’t stress them out and they would be use to it. So I’m not exactly sure what causing my dogs anxiety to start acting up now. And it’s only my lab acting this way. She isn’t even sleeping at night and she not really touching her food..
