Omg tylenol help please!!

So, I was just wrestling my toddler to get some Tylenol into his system and as I was squeezing it into his mouth, he jerked back and I squeezed some on his face and it got in his eye. I immediately rinsed it with water and he whined and little because of the water but didn’t cry at all. The eye seems to be fine, no redness, he’s not rubbing it or anything. Anyone know if it’s fine or if I should be taking him to er/dr?
