PCOS/Endometriosis

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and Endometriosis. I also have had my thyroid removed.

Anyone else?

I’ve been struggling with my weight since 2017. I’ve gained 75 pounds over the course of 3 years which I know isn’t a lot in a three year span but it is for me. Now I have three things working against me on losing weight and I have no idea what to do. Does anyone have the same problems and have tips on how to lose weight in a healthy way? Nothing I do seems to work.
