Baby acne or something else?

My daughter started breaking out with some small bumps about a week ago. That day we happened to already have a dr appointment and at that time it was very minimal. The dr agreed she thought it was baby acne but was making this decision on 2 little bumps that she had at that time. A week later it’s gotten worse. It’s all over her face, ears and neck. She’s breastfed and we haven’t tried anything new (soaps, ect)
Are you convinced it’s baby acne or something else? 
Also, if it is baby acne what can I do to help it heal. It seems to be starting to get dry. Will Aquaphor baby help?

baby acne! nothing to worry about😊 my daughter had it too. it went away within a couple months. breastmilk helps with it. I was also suggested by her pediatrician to not use any scented soaps or lotions on her face because it could make it worse.

This looks like more than baby acne to me. Maybe a food allergy? Eczema?

Yes it’s baby acne, which is caused by dry air. See everything is so dry now that they are not in that bag of waters in the womb that babies skin drys out and you get baby acne. As for lotions, yes they may help some but the best cure is breast milk. I little breast milk is great for the skin 😁😂.

It looks like baby acne to me. You could try using breast milk on it! That always helped with any sort of rash my son had. He never had baby acne but it’s worth a shot, if it doesn’t work then it will go away on its own ☺️
