Need help?!?

Okay guys, I haven’t had my period return or I thought I haven’t. I’m on birth control and missed a few pills and had what I assumed was a withdraw bleed. So I figured this month it would be returning. Got to my sugar pills and nothing... I took a test two days before my period and it’s the first listed. Second test was this morning. A day after I started my pills back. Sugar pills are only 4 days. The lines seem a bit weird. Do you think i could be pregnant. Definitely not trying. EBF and nooo symptoms but didn’t have any with little one either.
