Stroke? Or possible warning signs of one?

Okay so these past 3 days I have very light tingling in my left hand, and foot and I can feel that the left side of my body feels heavier if that makes sense. It doesn’t feel bad to where I feel like I can’t move, because I move just fine. I’m not having any difficulties with remembering things, no droopy face, or real weakness. I can go about my day like normal, but I’ve just been concerned because I know it’s not normal. I go see a doctor this week and am gonna talk about it, but I was curious if anyone felt anything similar to this before?

Could it be warning signs of a stroke or maybe nerve damage? I’m only 25. I am considered obese, but I don’t have any health issues other than a mild enlarged thyroid (thyroid levels are normal) I don’t drink, I don’t smoke.
