Left abdomen pain

Hey everyone , had u/s Saturday baby was healthy and active! Sunday I remember middle of night feeling really uncomfortable with abdomen pain. Last couple weeks especially Ive struggled between constipation diarrhea bloating and throwing up so I just figured something was flaring up! Tomorrow is Wednesday and the sharp pain has gotten worse , I’m walking slowly on tippy toes because regular walking hurts , takes along time to carefully switch positions to not stretch the left side of abdomen where pain is. It’s caused my lower back to hurt. I’ve used heating pad and although it helps with stomach stuff the sharp pain is still there. Anyone else experience it? This is my third baby and am 15 weeks 2 days
