Do any moms have any tips how can I get my face back clear this just came out of nowhere I’m so hurt about it😭😫🥺 ( I also got the soap today didn’t try it yet did anyone try it & came out with good results please let me know

I had super bad cystic back acne. This wash with CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion for Normal to dry skin right after the shower along with a natural fiber back brush saved me. If you shower in the morning at night have your partner or someone clean each zit with 90% rubbing alcohol and a new q-tip for each one and put Thieves oil on it. Thieves contains both clove and tea tree with are strong antiseptics. Honestly this routine is what saved my skin. I know it seems like a lot but remember if you use something with an acid or peroxide that strips the skin of oils you also have to replenish them other wise your skin will over produce more oil tring to compensate.
