Warrant

So back in November of 2018 I got arrested for public intoxication. I found out I had a warrant for my arrested in another state for assault. I was jumped by two guys and a girl. I was rushed to the hospital and I freaked out and ran from the hospital. I wasn’t able to tell my story to the cops or anything. When I was arrested back in 2018, they told me that state did not want me. So how would I go about getting it expunged? If they don’t want me.. It’s been 3 years almost 4 years since this has happened to me. I got pregnant in Jan 2019 shes about to be one in 28 days.. Do I go turn myself in and do my time? I start nursing school in Jan 2021. And I don’t need this on my background check if I was only trying to protect myself, you know??
