Ovarian cyst

Hi ladies. So I had an ultrasound yesterday after experiencing extreme pain a couple of months ago with a lot of stomach swelling for days after. Turns out I have a cyst (my first that I’m aware of). She didn’t give me any other information than I have a cyst, it’s common and my doctor will discuss my results with me in 10 days. As this is my first I’m naturally a little worried and wondered if anyone could tell me a little bit more about next steps and what they do to either remove/manage the cyst? I have been TTC for over a year and it’s all playing on my mind.
