Implantation bleeding or start of period 12dpo?

Sorry for the TMI just looking for anyone whose had implantation bleeding and their experiences!

At around 10am I checked my CP and CM. Cervix was high and medium firmness I couldn’t reach it enough to feel the opening. When I checked for CM I noticed the small bits of blood on my finger. After that nothing for 7 hours, no further blood/spotting at all.

Seven hours later (5pm) I noticed the following when I wiped, now a very light brown. Nothing heavier since!

My temps have not yet dropped, and I have sensitive (more veiny) nipples some cramping, headaches and bloating. I don’t usually spot before a period but it’s my first cycle off my IUD.

So far tests have been negative (but my LH has started rising again), am I out or could this be implantation?
