Wanting a VBA2C

Jordan

Hello! I'm currently 10w 1d with twins. I've had 2 c/s, neither were emergency.

First one I was induced because I was going into 41 weeks, I was in labor for a few hours and pushed for around 20 minutes, they said his head was turned awkwardly so they tried the vacuum and forceps, neither worked, so last-minute c/s.

My 2nd child was born about 4.5 years later, also c/s. This time I found out my pelvic bone was more straight rather than rounded so as long as it didnt look like the baby was going to be too large they would try for a vbac. The scan showed them at over 9lbs, he came out at 8lbs4oz.

Now I'm pregnant with twins, it's been 7 years since my current youngest was born, I dont know if their size would potentially be small enough to hopefully have a vba2c, or if they might be big because I'm 5'8" and my hubby is 6'3", or if my pelvic bone being flat would still hinder it. Any advice or ideas? Anything in particular I need to ask my dr? I do know he said it IS an option if I want to try

Also, as many statistics you may have as to why a VBAC would be better than a RCS would be great, because my husband, he supports the fact that I want to do it, but is also very scared because of the rupture possibility. He wouldnt know what to do about my first 2 kids if he lost me, because they are not his, and their dad is, let's say, not ideal to be the prominent parent.
